中医药抗疫和文化国际传播术语准确翻译的英译参考来了

“针刺疗法”“肺脾气虚证”……中医药抗疫术语如何准确翻译，助力国际抗击新冠肺炎疫情？7月5日，在首届中医药文化国际传播论坛上，中国外文局翻译院、中国对外书刊出版发行中心（国际传播发展中心）、外文出版社联合对外发布“中医药文化国际传播抗疫相关术语英译参考”。

此次共发布36条术语，其中包括“人类卫生健康共同体”“人民至上、生命至上”等中医药文化国际传播工作常用术语，以及“辨证论治”“三药三方”等中医药抗疫常用术语。36条术语均提供了最大程度忠实于中文本意又便于国外受众理解的英文翻译，其中个别条目提供了两种英文译法。

中国外文局翻译院代理院长、全国翻译专业资格考试办公室副主任王继雨表示，中医药文化是中华优秀传统文化的典型代表，做好中医药术语翻译是打通中医药文化国际传播“最后一公里”的基础性工作，能有效增强中医药文化海外传播影响的国家软实力。

据了解，本次发布的术语一部分来自中医药文化国际传播工作常用术语，遴选标准是推动国家对外话语体系构建。另一部分来自中医药抗疫过程中常用术语，旨在有效体现中医药在我国抗击新冠疫情过程中的重要作用。

在此次论坛线上演讲中，国医大师孙光荣提到，制定中医药词语翻译标准和范例的重要性，他表示，需撰写“信达雅”的译本，让非汉语母语者看得懂、看得明、信得过、用得好。

当前，中医药的传播范围已扩大至196个国家和地区，建成30个较高质量的中医药海外中心和56个中医药国际合作基地。中医药纳入多个政府间人文交流合作机制，打造了一批中医药国际文化传播品牌。世界卫生组织的统计数据显示，有113个成员国认可针灸等中医药诊疗方式，29个成员国为中医药的规范使用制定了有关法律法规，还有20个成员国将针灸等中医药诊疗纳入医疗保障体系，中医药海外发展前景广阔。（中国中医药报  记者：王青云）
